Ever thought of sailing a catamaran? I've been thinking that for years now but never had the funds, space etc. to own one..

Space and funds are still a bit unavailable, but I came across the puddlecat.

And okay, it has two hulls, but it doesn't look fast, and it isn't fast, but it gave me the idea of building something with plywood and epoxy. The hulls must be shorter than 3 meters..

Prior to building a lifesize small cat, I decided to make a scalemodel at 20% of the actual size; mainly because there's much talk about the (un)sailability of short boats. Will it float, or will it flush?
